For over 20 years, I have helped clients achieve optimal physical and mental well-being through personalized massage therapy. My bodywork journey began in 2003, when I interned with Olympic hopefuls and refined my skills with the UC Berkeley swim and water polo teams. This intensive sports therapy training, combined with a lifetime immersed in healing practices due to my chiropractor father, profoundly enhanced my understanding of biomechanics and the body's healing potential. I integrate diverse modalities—including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Thai, Tui Na, Ashiatsu, Esalen, and LaStone Therapy—to offer a unique style that addresses individual needs, whether for targeted relief, enhanced performance, or profound relaxation.

Tlielaxu is incredible. I'm active: yoga, weights, martial arts, because I love being in my body. Tlielaxu's treatments help me deepen that connection. Unlike a lot of bodyworkers who just run through the same routine, he tailors every session to what my body needs.It's a great way for me to check in with my body, test my range of motion, release muscles that are overworked, and ultimately build better body alignment. This kind of bodyworker is few and far between. Also, love the space at the Academy!Highly recommend.

Tlielaxu is by far the best bodyworker I've come across. If you're serious about your performance and push you body hard, you'll need someone like him to address aches, pains and imbalances. Additionally, his deep understanding of the human body and it's connective tissue allows him to tell you precisely which which muscles, ligaments or tendons are involved. This has allowed me to find additional exercises outside of our sessions to ensure I keep problems at bay.
